Hello there.

Welcome to Three Community.

It's unclear exactly what would be causing higher latency on your Xbox, but I'd recommend taking as many steps as possible to try and reduce latency where possible, and hopefully it will all combine to produce a better experience.

Things like ensuring you have a strong Wifi signal, a 5Ghz one if possible. If it's an option, use a wired connection to your hub instead. Ensuring your Hub is in a place where it get's optimal cellular signal can also help as well. If you have other bandwidth heavy devices running, it might be beneficial to pause or turn them off during periods where you want to have the best network performance.

We have had 3 broadband for a while now, however we have noticed that when we go on the Xbox, all the games severely lag and it makes it hard to play any games. Are there any suggestions to this at all?
