      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done 2 different online chat and can name them. Arjun and Zaid &amp;nbsp;both explained to them that I &amp;nbsp; needed to cancel my home rooter as no longer required but both disconnect the chat. This is unprofessional and useless service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
