    <description>&lt;P&gt;Few weeks ago I canceled my three contact, I paid my early exit fee and I asked to a store near me if I can leave my hub to them. They told me yes and that they can send it back for me. I even got a receipt for that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And now I got an email from three claiming that they have not received my hub and that I need to pay another 83 pounds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a scam or what?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hubs are usually sent back directly by customers, as having proof of postage is vital for any issue that may arise.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still have proof from the store itself that they agreed to return it on your behalf, please have a chat with &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us?intid=contact_us" target="_self"&gt;Customer Services,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;who'll look at getting this raised with the Logistics team to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;
