Returning three hub

I have contacted three on multiple times to return three hub I have since moved address and my old address has not received anything from three it was accommodation so all mail is forwarded on I was promised a barcode would be sent to me via email so I could return still never received. Can someone help me. With the return address.

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with the return.

Is it possible that the return package is being delivered but it's not being forwarded to you as expected?

No it isn’t I have been to check everyday and I asked for code to be emailed which hasn’t happened
