    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you provide some more details?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What model of hub/router are you using?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Three supports several different model.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By down do you mean loss of internet connectiivity, hub crashes, or something else?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How frequently?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Does it come back by itself or do you need to reset hub?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a short term,&amp;nbsp; apparently quite widespread, loss of internet connectivity around 22:30 last night (27/01)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
