    <description>&lt;P&gt;What password are you trying to input?&amp;nbsp; There is a password for the WiFi network and password for the router interface.&amp;nbsp; They are usually printed on a label on the router somewhere.&amp;nbsp; Then there is your Three online account which is also protected by a password, but the fact you are on the forum suggests you are able to access that okay?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Mobile broad band password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have just had a new 3 broadband router delivered. A whole new account. And the password does not work when inputted. I have tried a factory reset too&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That doesn't sound right.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What's the make and model of the Broadband hub that you have purchased?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is the password label clear of any blemishes or fading? Are any of the characters unclear?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The password is also case-sensitive, and factory resetting it would return it to the default password on the hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is an ongoing issue and still doesn't work, please chat with the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/home-broadband" target="_self"&gt;Home Broadband team&lt;/A&gt;, who will complete some further checks on this and work directly with you on the router.&lt;/P&gt;
