I’m assuming that your service was satisfactory prior to this and if so you’ll need to check the status page (just in case a new problem has been annotated since you spoke to customer service) and based on that you’ll need to go back to them and tell them that your service at the moment appears not to be fit for purpose and go from there. If you feel the need there is form on the Three homepage allowing you to register a complaint but I’d suggest you go via c/s first.

Best of luck

Broadband not working at all well. TV keeps freezing every 30 seconds and Alexa not working. Three support said nothing wrong with signal but something clearly is wrong because nothing is working. An exchange modem was received today so I put the old SIM card in and the problem still remains. What am I to do?
