Extremely slow speeds and random 300ms-900ms ping spikes every 10 seconds

Currently have been using Three ZTE MC888 for the last 18 or so months and there have been periods where the device has been struggling to get above 20 mbps as well as maintaining a stable ping with the results below also.

This has been happening over the last 3 weeks, I've tried resetting and restarting multiple times as well as changing the APN profile which has made no difference, this is consistent throughout from 9am to midnight

Hello there.

With the speed and latency underperforming for you consistently over the last Three weeks, it sounds like something is going on that is impacting the performance, such as a network issue, or hub issue. Since you've tried resetting already, try checking the Network Status page to see if there's any known issues locally.

I’ve checked this everyday and there’s been no reported issues in the area everytime i’ve checked.

It sounds like you might need to speak to the broadband support team to have that looked into. Fingers crossed they'll be able to come up with a speedy fix.
