This morning Thursday 26 March I was able to log in to my admin page for the first time.

Although I have changed my password to one of my own choosing, when it comes to logging into the admin page I could only use the one printed on the back of my outdoor hub. IMPORTANTLY when you enter the characters you will see a / between the word admin and the password shown on the back of the outdoor hub, THIS IS NOT PART OF THE PASSWORD SO LEAVE IT OUT.

The label is very poorly laid out with regards to this important information, Three should know better, the unit is made in China so “Pigeon English” will prevail.

I got the outdoor hub a week ago from a 3 store, both user and admin passwords are visible but the original admin password doesn’t work no matter how many times I factory reset the hub.

I then created my own password which works for user but not admin.

Did you also change the user password to one of your own choosing, if so my understanding is that both user & admin are supposed to require your created password. Beyond that I can’t help you, other users are experiencing the same issue which has yet to be resolved successfully.

Regards.
