    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just got my 5G Ready Hub today and after setting it up, the white circle light and the blue light came on for about ten minutes before changing to a red circle light and a yellow light.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve taken the sim out and placed it in my phone and there’s 4g available everywhere and it works smooth sailing on google but then when it’s in the hub the WiFi setting says “no internet connection” and it doesn’t load anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i don’t know what to do, whether I leave it and see what happens, seen a post from a few years that said they left it a few hours and it worked (which I can manage with if the case) but it’s frustrating because it says “seconds after from fast broadband” and then is taking some people hours to actually connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there something I’m not doing? So I need to play the waiting game? Someone help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about these initial issues with getting your hub up and running. Hopefully this was just a delay with your SIM fully activating, as was likely the case of the other post you mentioned. If you're still unable to get online with the hub I'd recommend to &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch with customer services&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I got in touch and had to get a replacement hub as the SIM card was working just not when it was inside the hub. The new hub is still doing the same as the old one but customer service have said to give it 24 hrs for processing and it should work. It’s just annoying how three advertise it as “plug in and have fast working connections” when people are having to wait over four hours for such a thing&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
