I am trying to update/change my router.

It's asking for a nano SIM card, but the SIM card in my current router is a bigger one. How do I get a nano SIM card from three please?

No problem at all! Follow this link to order a replacement sim.
We will send you out a Trio SIM which has all three sizes, and you can pick the nano-SIM option for your router.
