&lt;P&gt;Oh, that's a message I'm not familiar with. Since you're connected to the broadband, either wirelessly or by wired connection, it should allow you to set up a My3 account on the website by following the steps after hitting register. Which stage are you getting to, and where is it throwing up this message?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you also confirm which settings you're looking to change?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can't sign up to my3??</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Ive tried it on desktop and mobile and it says "connect your broadband"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My computer is using an ethernet and my phone is connected over WiFi. I've tried the SIM in my phone as well?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's always the same error. I just want to change settings but can't do it BC of this loop&lt;/P&gt;</description>
