Poor connection mobile wifi Huawei router only when watching live sport on TV

Just got the mobile Broadband Huawei router. Works fine with usual apps on smart tv but as soon as try to watch live sport very poor and erratic. However, can live stream sport on mobile and ipad no problems. Spent an hour with tech team who said it was a local issue which would be fixed.....and which hasn't. Also told to access account dashboard and change to 4g setting on 192.168.8.1 but doesnt connect. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

They do many routers; you need to specify which you have. My B535 model has security cert .issues preventing some browsers from connecting; after recent s/ware update log in shows as hirouter.net not 192 etc; I can only log in with the 192 url & bypassing security warnings. 3 show no interest in updating expired Security Certificate, and Huawei say they can't do it, and to use the app on your phone. On my screenshot I always have to select ADVANCED to log in.
