    <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in Banbury and work from home.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I purchased the 5g router, I regularly got speeds of 150mbps download and ~40mbps upload.&lt;BR /&gt;For the last 2 weeks my speeds have been ~1.5mbps down and ~15mbps up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is making work almost impossible and I need to know when the issue willbe resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can then call 333&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;or 0333 338 1001 talk to customer services who may, or probably&amp;nbsp;not, be able to help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which Router do you have. You can check this on the label on the bottom or back, mines a&amp;nbsp;NR5103E&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
