Hi, A few days ago my router went down in the afternoon around 3pm and it's the first time since mid January when I got the router. I tried restarting a few times and tried setting to only 4G but didn't work. I knew which cellular bands it was using as I noted these down before Thursday so I manually set the bands under Broadband > Cellular Band to B1, B3 and N78, applied setting, restarted and it was up working again. I switched the Band Auto Selection back on, restarted and worked ok. Haven't had any problems since.

Hello everyone,

Three network had an issue a couple of days ago, and the signal was lost for a few hours on most UK devices.

My 5G hub ZYXEL NR5103E before that had excellent connection, but I still have a red light indicating poor signal on both 5G and 4G.

Tried resetting to factory settings, removing SIM, and rebooting I also tried using the 5G hub SIM on my phone which worked perfectly fine.

Anyone with experience that can help please ?
