topic Adult Content Filter in Broadband

My home broadband went down last night. It came back up after a couple of hours but now the adult content filter is on. Why has the adult content filter been turned back on without notifying me? How do I get this resolved as I set this all up when I got my broadband last year but don’t remember anything about an adult content filter.

Hi, the adult content filter is on by default and I think it's government or OFCOM rather than 3. Please look at the attached post as how to remove it.

https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Broadband/Sites-showing-Not-Available-in-Your-Country/td-p/11246

PS: it may be a glitch as some voicemail are getting turned back on for no apparent reason.
