3 provides my home broadband (Huawei Router); how to get IP address corrected

My IP address shows me as being located in the West Midlands, whereas I'm in the Thames Valley.

This leads to adverts I get on streaming services such as YOU TUBE being for events miles away; any way to fix this, without having to use VPN?

Can't seem to post a screenshot here easily from my desktop 😞

Screenshot; today's IP has moved at least to the right county!
