      <title>Ivacy VPN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using 5g home broadband and have just purchased Ivacy VPN. Unfortunely, Three seems to be blocking access to it on my phone and&amp;nbsp; Nvidia shield. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've used surfshark and Nord on the past abs never had an issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a similar issue connecting to my works VPN since early May 2023.&amp;nbsp; I can connect to my work VPN but the upload speed is very low (e.g. 0.1Mbps).&amp;nbsp; It works fine if a use a different broadband service at a friends house.&amp;nbsp; I've been a customer since January 2022 without any issues.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have the Huawei 5G CPE pro 2 router.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've noticed a few discussions cropping up about issues using VPNs over Three Broadband connections recently. I'm sending everyone that has mentioned this so far a PM so that we can get you in touch with some colleagues that will verify your accounts, and gather more info to help us investigate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're experiencing this issue but haven't posted yet, please add a reply so that I can get in touch, the more examples I can gather, the easier it should be for our support teams to pinpoint what's causing the issues.&lt;/P&gt;
