Three 5G Broadband Connection Timing Out On URL Shorteners & Affiliate Links

Recently got a 5G home broadband package and having some issues with some shortened URLs and affiliate links not loading. When I switch back to my virgin router they load perfectly fine. Tried different browsers, incognito and my mobile phone and having the same issue

Thanks for flagging this up. I think we'll need examples to get it investigated further. Are you able to share any URLs, does the issue seem to relate to specific sites they redirect to, or specific URL shortening services e.g. Bitly or goo.gl? Are the pages not loading at all, or intermittently?

They're not loading at all and time out

Sorry for the delay. We've tested the links supplied on a Three connection and they're loading with no issues. Are you still running into this problem now?
