topic Always 1 step forward 2 steps back with Three in Broadband

So since they 'shrank' the coverage map with my mast 'upgrade' and my signal dropped, I managed to reposition my router better and higher, used a reflector and got it back into a solid 'Good' rating (-104db, -3db). So speed was moderate/good.
Then on advice on here I experimented with the bands manually and found B28 a huge improvement, the router seemed to like to B3 but forced onto B28 it really started to fly with upto 175MB off peak and 80 to 105MB during busier times. Download very acceptable and upload went from 10MB to 25MB This was looking good again..

Now something has happened. For days now peak time has been 5MB to 10MB, sometimes as low as 2!

Signal is still good, and I have tried using other bands, and also leaving it on auto. Upload speed is still the same upto 25MB but download is a disaster! Sometimes in the small hours it picks up to high speed again, but during waking hours its terrible. Either something broke mast side or the traffic on the mast is so overloaded its dragged it to a crawl.
I am getting tired of the battle to maintain a stable service I could rely on from one issue to the next, weekly the goal posts move, so it may be time to order the return envelope.

PS - the service status has not shown any issue throughout this recent issue.

I was hopeful something had improved, early this morning it hit a record over 200mb! now midday its dipping to 5mb. Sorry I can't do 1997 internet all over again, the Three 5G system just isn't there yet to use as a reliable broadband utility.
