Hi @Pie,

I'm sorry to hear you've been getting these drops in speeds. When you say the Network Status Checker isn't working are you getting an error message back, or is the message saying that we haven't found any problems?

Thanks,
Jonathan

I moved my 5G Three home BB router into the bedroom and got a great 5G signal at speeds of 600mbs but last couple of days 5G keeps dropping out and speeds have dropped to 8mbs. How can I tell if they’re doing work on the mast. The status checked never seems to work!
