3Connect Software Adult Content Filter

The adult content filter has been lifted on my sim so that I am ABLE to access adult sites on my PHONE.

However adult content is still blocked when I use the sim in a dongle running 3Connect software.

How can I overcome this, please?

I'll do my best to help, but just need to clarify a couple of things. So there's only one Three SIM involved here i.e you tested the SIM in a phone and it worked, but in your dongle the same SIM is redirecting you to Three adult filter pages instead of some sites?

We're talking about a USB modem dongle? Do you know what model this is?

I have seen cases before where temporary Internet files, and cached data can cause an issue like this. So you may find that clearing your browser data sorts this. If not, let me know on the above questions and this will hopefully help us figure out the next steps.

use a VPN to bypass the "adult filter"
