      <title>5G Broadband in Chester</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Zyxel NR5103 5G broadband about 8 months ago and the speeds were amazing. &amp;nbsp;Then about two months ago the speed dropped dramatically - sometimes to 1 - 3 mb. &amp;nbsp;I was told there was engineering work which would be sorted by the 12th June but the speeds are still abysmal and working from home using teams is virtually impossible. &amp;nbsp;Is anyone else having similar problems in Chester and does anyone know how this might get resolved?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Dennis&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not in Chester, but sounds like a similar experience.&amp;nbsp; I'm in Huddersfield and since the beginning of May 2023 the speeds and general network stability and performance have been atrocious. Every week I contact customer support I'm told 'the engineering work in my area will be sorted next week'.&amp;nbsp; Still waiting for 'Next week' to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, there is no 5G connection. &amp;nbsp;There used to be, but not for about two months now. &amp;nbsp;I was told there was engineering work that would finish on the 12th June, then yesterday that it would finish Monday. &amp;nbsp;I'm not get 5G on my three phone either - though that's not much of a problem - though the signal is better on that and I've been tethering to that for most of my teams meetings&lt;/P&gt;</description>
