Hello everybody!

I have such a great router, but there is one problem, why can't find the update to the latest version, now only B04 (Tell me, is there a place to download B15? Share the link or firmware☺️

don't Bothe B15 has the same problem of intermittently dropping the internet and needs a restart to connect straightaway

And how long does it take? I have 3-4 minutes of loading and it's very annoying🫨

So this is a known problem!

I have the MC801A and I have to restart it most days, often more than once. I have called their support a lot of times without any luck.

Restart takes a couple of minutes, wait for the modem to re-boot ( all lights on) and a short time later the internet will re-appear

having a similar issue where alls working fine then all of a sudden all network drops and all of the 5g hub's lights are flashing on, been happening since b12 - b14, only just updated to b15 but already tempted to throw the zyxel hub back in the box n getting a 3rd party hub for the meantime as this is getting ridiculous having to restart it every 1-2 hours now
