E mail on 5g Broadband

I have a strange issue on all of my connected devices, iPhone ipad & Mac. When connected to Three 5G broadband it downloads e mails, but when i click on one to read it, instead of the body of the e mail i get a spinning circle for a min or two before it finally loads up. When im connected via my mobile data, its instant?

im using Apples native e mail app

Is it something in the settings?

Hi @Pie,

That's really odd, when you're connecting over mobile data is that also over Three, or a different provider?

No its with another supplier. It’s strange as it never used to happen

Hi @Pie,

Sorry for the delay in following up. I wonder if it's an issue with iCloud private relay interacting with our network? If you go to your iCloud settings and disable private relay is it still the same?
