I have a 5G home hub that gets ‘good’ 5G service however upon trying to connect to certain devices (such as a ps5) it simply fails to connect to the internet even though the hub connects to my phone perfectly fine. I have also tried an Ethernet connection and this also does not work. I’ve reset the hub, unplugged it and plugged it back in, all to no avail. Any ideas short of attempting to speak to my local three shop?

Sounds a lot like the issue I had with Sky Stream and a video doorbell. Everything else connected fine except these. I managed to jump through some hoops on the Three support chat bot and get to an actual human who fixed it by "Refreshing the allowances". After resetting the hub, everything worked again.
