I was interested in getting the 5G Home broadband deal. However, apart from the fact that it is not available in my area at this moment, I have read reviews on Trust Pilot and this Home broadband has received the worst reviews. One reviewer even stated, that the only reason he gave one star was in order to make the negative review. My question is: does anyone have this Home Broadband, and is it as bad as Trust Pilot suggests?

Unfortunately most people come to this community because they have issues, so you are more likely to find problems rather than praise.

I am in a poor performance area for most networks so I will stick with my solid and reliable BT fttp.

I have 5G Home Broadband since December 2022 and I have to say that I had only one hardware issue. My router was faulty - my connection kept dropping about 5 times a day and my upload speed was just around 11mbps. I got a new one and everything is fine since. My download speed is always between 250mbps up to 400mbps and my upload speed increased to around 30-40mpbs.

Obviously it also depends how good 5G coverage you have in your area but you can try this broadband for 30 days and return it back if it doesn’t work for you. I would definitely give it a go as like I said I am happy with mine.

There is only one downside of 5G broadband - if there is any network issue/work on your tower etc. then you can end up without broadband for days (months?) - depends how quickly will Three be able to sort the issue.

It is awful, constant drop outs, hates anything being connected to lan ports , I have to keep it as there is nothing any better where I am bt only gives me a guaranteed 2mbps

I’m using 4G Home broadband with sercomm router. Speeds ranging from 0.1mbps to 30mbps, most of the time it’s 10mbps. Complaint to three and they only give me £5 credit and offer for free cancellation. 🥹

Well got to say mine works excellently... Was with TalkTalk and the connection was dire. As I work from home I needed a good solid reliable connection. Three hits the mark.. 47.5mbps download and 1.52mbps upload
