      <title>being charged for cancelled wifi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i cancelled my wifi in september in the cooling off period. they never sent a bag until around last week and i returned it. but they still billed me £21 for it even though i couldn’t physically send it without a return bag. i spoke to support but they just told me to wait for a final bill but i also got sent a text message saying if i don’t pay within 24 hours my services will be suspended. i don’t know what to do as i physically cannot pay this bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;"3" don't provide your wifi; they supply phone &amp;amp; networking services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
