    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had cancelled my mobile broadband contract on 27/11/2023 and since then I have raised the request for returns bag 4 times and still haven't received anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep requesting and every time I am promised that I will receive the bag in 5 working days but end up getting nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am nearing the day I need to return the devise and I am unable to do anything about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a way of scamming the customer into saying the hefty fine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They can somehow correctly send the bills to correct address but not the returns bag even after requesting one a hundred times&lt;/P&gt;</description>
