      <title>Broadband cancellation is impossibile!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to cancel my broadband since October…. After speaking to customer services 6 times over 6 weeks I finally managed to get a DPD label ( they were making up all sort of excuses for why this took 6 weeks). I finally managed to send back the device which I haven’t been using since October and they have now had it for over a month. The disconcerting thing is a keep getting bills, messages threatening my credit rating as well as many phone calls to pay for bills for a device&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have not used and have been trying to cancel for 3 months. In last interaction with customer service they said it was being processed and they can’t do anything. I am exhausted of having to constantly contact and getting also harassed to pay bills. What needs to be done to get an account finally closed !!!? Please help!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Or you could go to the Three website and raise a complaint which they have to respond to within a set period of time. If that isn’t satisfactory then report them to Ofcom. Two paths (along with sc1999) for you to consider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
