topic Adult content filter in Broadband

So I turned off the adult content filter, even got a text through saying it was turned off - yet still impossible to get any adult content. Wouldn't mind so much, but I belive its also stopping my phone from recieving any push notification based on another community post I found when looking into that issue. Anyone else had this issue and does anyone know why an internet company has such terrible web design and functionality.

Hey @jdwb500,

Sorry to hear the adult filter has been causing you issues. Did you switch your router off and on again after the change was made? It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the filter to update, so I'd give it another reboot the next day too.

Occasionally cached info can also interfere with the filter, so you may need to clear your browsing data if you continue to get redirected to an adult filter page instead of the intended site.

Let me know if this helps,
Jonathan
