    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got my router two weeks ago. For about ten days it has worked perfectly. Very fast connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the last few days it has lost the Internet connection which is fixed with a reboot. It's done this about three times. I can't have that happening so will be returning the router before my one month return period is up unless it can be fixed. It will be a shame as I get about 10x faster downloads.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When this happens, my phone connects to 5g on the same network without issue. So it's not the 5g signal. It's the router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? I could do a reset but it's only been running for two weeks so seems early for that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Moved it near the window in the hope that it would help. I got a slightly better signal. Thought I'd move it to the other end of the window and use another power socket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOW IT'S NOT WORKING AT ALL!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've moved it back. Rebooted 5 times. Just a red light for Internet and no signal. Logging on to the router shows there's a SIM still in there but no signal. Mobile phone working fine on Three network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset did not help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same problem for over 5 months now and every time I call them, they say they have engineers working on it on your area. What I don’t understand is that why it has taken so long for this engineers and why everything is still the same??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one moment we have a internet and the other moment none.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked them to fix it asap or cancel the contract as they can’t &amp;nbsp;provide a stable internet but they say if I cancel I have to still pay for it all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was losing internet for the last couple of months until I used a different electric wall socket, which solved the problem!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
