Hi,

I just signed up in store for the 5G Home Hub, but when I got home I saw I was given the ZTE MC888 by the staff inside the store? I saw online this costs around 200 quid but my receipt says £500 for the unit (discounted as I'm bill pay).

I'm starting to think I was given the wrong unit as when I search online is says the 5g Home hub replaced the ZTE? Pretty unhappy as the ZTE doesn't have any ports for antenna either

Hello.

Yes, the MC888 is the 5G Hub that is now in circulation.

The price of the unit has always been effectively £0 as customers do not retain ownership of the device. Once the plan is ended by customers, the device needs to be returned to Three.

Pete.
