Lots of people are having this problem, I see it myself with a hotspot occasionally. It is due to some Three IP address ranges being used by Spammers and therefore blacklisted. All you can do it disconnect and then re-connect and hope you are allocated a non-blacklisted IP address.

I am unable to send any emails from Thunderbird on my Windows 11 laptop through my ZTE MC888 router today. The error message displayed includes "Client host [188.30.159.73] blocked using sbl.spamhaus.org", and I've found that my IP address is listed in the CSS Blocklist, details here https://check.spamhaus.org/listed/?searchterm=188.30.159.73

Any suggestions on how to proceed will be gratefully received.

Thanks to advice received elsewhere I have been able to resolve the issue by powering down the hub, waiting 10 minutes and powering it on again.
