I haven’t been with three broadband since November and paid all bills and had confirmation that the device had been returned. I had a letter stating I was over £300 in credit. Contacted three who advised it was an internal billing error. Now four months on I’ve had a letter saying I owe £60.29. All bills were settled so no idea what this is for and three aren’t being much help. Any ideas? To clarify all bills had been paid before leaving.

I wonder how much money Three have made this way?
I mean, it's an excellent method!

You provide zero service and yet charge people for it.

Genius.
