      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Update 24/11/2022&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Following a thorough investigation, our technical teams have confirmed that this issue is now resolved. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If any Home or Mobile Broadband customer are still having issues accessing internet services, despite the connection showing as available, please reboot the router which should restore the connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
