Hey Wozzars,

Welcome to the Three Community!

Generally speaking you'll want to set it up on a windowsill and at least a metre or two away from any other electronic devices to avoid interference. There should be a signal indicator light on the front of the box too to help you see how strong the signal is at a particular location.

As Johnathan said, jus insert the sim, and turn on !

If you put http://192.168.0.1 Onan ethernet connected computer ( to avoid and WIFI issues) , Use the password on the bottom the modem. You get into the Modem's dashboard which may help you solve any "bad" issues.
