My daughter has damaged my 5G home hub device. Is there a way of getting a replacement?

My daughter has damaged my home hub device can I get a replacement? I am under contract with three and everything was working fine so no problem with the signal.
She damaged the area where the power source connects to the home hub, is it possible to get a replacement hub as I am very happy with the service/signal please?
