I recently got 5g home broadband, and seems to work fine on my iPhone and iPad - I can access apps (Netflix, prime etc) and they all load and work fine on here, however through my tv Freeview recorder box and now tv dongle, even though it says it’s all connected to internet with strong connection, nothing will load!
Can any help please??

Let's suppose you connect to your WiFi (SSID) called "saffy1333"? Devices will connect to Saffy1333 on 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi frequency bands. I've known this to cause issues. Try finding "Split SSID" in your router. Make sure the 5GHz channel has some other name (e.g. Saffy1333-5GHz) then try connecting all devices to Saffy1333.
