      <title>Waiting on returns email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my broadband subscription over a month ago now as I’ve moved house and now have a permanent connection. Was told over the phone I’d get an email with a DPD label to print and post my box back to three and if I didn’t I’d get charged. Never received the email not even in spam folder how long do I have to wait as I don’t want to be charged when the box is ready to be sent just waiting on three to do there bit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Return labels are usually sent out within 2 days, and Return bags are usually received in the post within 5 working days. Have you had any progress with this in the meantime since posting? Let me know if you still need help with this.&lt;/P&gt;
