Hi i have been having buffering issues for months now. It drops signal all the time & cannot reach 1 room to another. I live in a small flat & the hub is situated on the landing so it reaches all rooms but this still doesn’t work. Please advise as i am very disappointed in the service/signal i am receiving & i still have another year left on my contract!

If this has started happening recently your first port of call would be to check the Three status page for any issues in your area. Following that check with tech support on 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 again.
