    <description>&lt;P&gt;After renewing my broadband plan, they sent me a new hub, which is terrible... I can't get connection with all devices at my house, the Internet connection is rubbish, and the system says "too many users in the area".This week, at night, I think all nights I had no connection, and during the day the Internet oscilates a lot. I don't know what I can do, use to be way better than today, but now it's rubbish, and I can see in my phone it's almost impossible to get 5g coverage, it is always 4g+. Really disappointed with Three. L15 area (good 5g coverage says the website)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
