5G router configuration backup/restore fail

I need to do a factory reset on my 5G router (NR5103E) in order to carry out some testing to resolve an issue. Before I do so, I was planning to backup my existing configuration so I don't have to rebuild everything from scratch. I figured I would test 'restore' as well, just in case. However: when I try to restore from the configuration backup file I've just created, I get "Warning Configuration uploading failed. The selected file contains an illegal Configuration setting". (Firmware V1.00(ACBJ.0)b14, in case that's relevant...)

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Did you find a solution to this? I have a NR5103ev2 router and I get the same warning. It's a major PITA to configure the router from scratch.
