New 5g hub

Hi,

I received my hub today but without a sim card is it posted out separately?

This isn’t the ideal answer but when I received my router back in October last year via DPD the sim was in the package. It wasn’t activated for three days lol but it was definitely not sent separately. Unfortunately I don’t know whether things have changed in the interim so if I were you I’d double check the delivery note and if it doesn’t mention a SIM card I’d contact customer service.

I called them they wasn't sure if it should be included with the hub said to wait see if it arrives by post.

No indeed. Sounds like a poke and hope answer from them. Well all sims have a 24/48 hour delivery window so if it doesn’t arrive tomorrow get on to them again. Or if you have a passport or driving licence you can pick one up from a Three shop. I’d wait until tomorrow’s post first though.
