&lt;P&gt;That's quite strange. It sounds like something has glitched. It might be worth trying to get access on My3 again but through the website to see if that helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, I'd recommend contacting the &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2PmAIzQ" target="_self"&gt;support team&lt;/A&gt; to request that they fix the filter, and they can take a look at the My3 issue as well while they are at it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Safety search locked on</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My safety search is locked in place and blocked by my internet provider so I can’t turn it off. I have already got adult content allowed on my plan so I don’t understand why I can not remove this. When I try to add the filter back on to then turn it off again My3 isn’t working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
