Hello.

That's not a product I'm familiar with. Is it possible the device or router was damaged during the accident?

I'd recommend turning the Tado hardware off completely, then plug the power back in to the 5G Hub, allow it 5 minutes to completely boot up and establish a connection, then plug your Tado hardware back in and power it up. I sometimes find that the order of connecting and stating things can have an impact.

I have Three 5g Broadband and I get speeds around 600-800mb which is really decent for the price. My cat pulled the power out my router earlier and after plugging it back it, my Tado Internet Bridge won't connect to the cloud servers - it plugs in via ethernet into one of the ports. I still have my VM router until the cut me off soon and I plug the ethernet into that and it works instantly. Anyone else having this issue?
