Hello.

That's not so good. Which hub were you using before? Do you still have access to it? It might be worth trying to switch back to the previous Hub in order to find out if the issue is specific to the MC801A.

Hi there, I’ve recently changed over to the MC801A router and for some reason my Xbox won’t connect to Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ just to name a few apps that currently won’t work. The Xbox is connected via Ethernet. My NAT Type currently shows as moderate and I’ve tried going into the router settings and enabling the UPnP and DMZ but neither has worked. There’s no problems playing games online on the Xbox, but my Nintendo switch won’t do anything. It says it is connected to the internet but won’t update or do anything where an internet connection is required. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks
