    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been with Three Broadband for the last 6 months but this has been an issue since Day One with constant reboots despite the overview page showing a connection to 5g and 4g services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today has been absolutely shocking I've had to reboot the 5G Hub 12 times to get internet and has been impossible to get any work done today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've seen on here others with similar issues and adding the additional ADN profile limited to IPV4 but that still has made no difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I feel like I'm out of options as users say this is a hardware issue but many have already said how hard it is for support to send a replacement and take receipt of the returning router etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything else I can do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI I have the&amp;nbsp;NR5103EV2&lt;/P&gt;</description>
