Are you sure your 1st bill is not pro rata so includes a few days and then a month in advance? Check the billing periods on your bill.

On the 5G super-fast home broadband page, it lists the price as £28 per month for 1 month plan. It has absolutely no details on the page to specify that this cost does NOT include VAT. It's targeted at home customers, so why are they showing a price without VAT? Nothing in the FAQ's or the sign-up pages or emails to state this.

So my first bill comes in at £33.60 when I signed-up to a deal at £28.

Hi @MyNameIsNotBob,

All of our personal plans are advertised inclusive of VAT. As @MZone says, I'd recommend to double check the period the first bill covers. It's more likely that you're paying a pro-rata bill of 36 days, which would equate to 20% higher.

Please let me know either way, if there does seem to be an issue with your pricing I'll do my best to help.

Thanks,
Jonathan
