Safe Search Locked On

Looks like there’s a few posts from people in the same position as me.

My content is being filtered despite the Adult Filter being turned off. I’ve spoken to 2 people on Live Chat who have confirmed the filter is off and have even switched it on and off again to check with no difference to results.

There must be something at fault/filtering further down the line with 3’s network provision. I’ve switched to my phone as a mobile hotspot (different supplier) and everything works as it should.

Can this please be looked into and resolved please?

exact same issue for me, content is randomly being enabled for an hour then disabled again the majority of the time. Defiantly a 3 networkside issue

I'm stuck on safe search being enforced by Three on both Bing & Google, and restrictions on visiting sites not rated as pg13 - even having proven I'm over 50
